Placing Your Order

Orders can be placed through our secure website anytime and paid via PayPal, Direct Deposit or Cheque/Money Order.  Alternatively you can phone or email us your order and we will send you a confirmation of your purchase.

You can pay with most credit cards through a secured PayPal link.  Note: You do not have to set up a PayPal account to pay securely through PayPal.  For more information on PayPal security features and terms of use please visit www.paypal.com.au.

Direct Deposit

Direct deposit is available only to Australian customers.  Deposits can be made into the following account:
 

Please ensure that you leave your Order Number or Name as a reference when transferring funds.  Your order will be sent as soon as payment has been cleared.

Cheque/Money Order

Payment by Cheque/Money Order is available only to Australian customers.  Cheques made payable to 'Oh Sew Rosy' and Money Orders can be posted to:

Delivery within Australia

To ensure the best customer service, Oh Sew Rosy aims to have all orders packaged and posted within 24 hours.  We offer Regular Mail, Registered Post, and Express Post.

Whether you order a little or a lot, we charge a flat rate for postage:

Regular Mail - $5.00

Registered Post - $7.80

Express Post - $8.40

Pattern Postage* - FREE  (Australia only)

Delivery for Regular Mail or Registered Post within Australia is 2-3 business days (capital cities) or 3-5 business days for remote areas.

Delivery for Express Post is next business day (outside capital cities and major regional centres may take an extra day).

We recommend that you choose Australia Post Registered Mail as your shipping option.  We guarantee all order shipped using Australia Post Registered Mail and in the unlikely event that your order should not arrive we will replace the items at no charge.  You will be required to sign for your parcel on delivery/collection from the post office.

Should you select to have your order shipped via Australia Post Regular Mail we do not provide a guarantee of delivery and loss or damage (although rare!) is not covered.

International Orders

Welcome to our international customers!

International orders received will generally be shipped within 24 hours.  International orders will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail or Express Post International.

Both services have signature on delivery security.  Additionally, Express Post International ensures super fast delivery and tracking every step of the way.  If you're not home to receive your parcel and the driver feels it's not safe to leave, a calling card will be left and your parcel can be collected from your nearest post office.  Specific delivery instructions can be added in the comments field during checkout.

We charge a flat shipping rate for international pattern postage: $5.00

Return Policy

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may return the product to us in its original 'new and unused' condition within any 14 days of goods being dispatched. We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition. We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements.  You will be refunded by the same method which you paid, excluding the shipping charges.  All postage costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another product you must return the item to us within 14 days of goods being dispatched.  Simply contact us to notify us that you wish to exchange the item and nominate an alternative product.  We will hold that product for you until your goods are returned. Exchange of orders will be carried out once the item is returned.  Exchange of orders will be carried out once the item is returned in the original condition, unused, unsoiled and tags attached.  We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements.

Please include an addressed pre-paid satchel for your new item to be returned in.  Please keep appropriate proof of postage otherwise if the return parcel goes missing we will deem you have not returned the product.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your goods safely.  In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit through Australia Post, we cannot accept responsibility.  All complaints are to be forwarded directly to Australia Post.

Faulty Products

If the product is faulty please contact us, we will be happy to exchange your product or give you a refund.  All postage costs for faulty items will be covered by Oh Sew Rosy.

Patterns and Books may not be returned due to copyright laws.  If you have any queries or problems please email us.

Sale Items - Sorry no refunds will be given on sale items and sale items are not exchangeable or able to be placed on back order.

Product colour discrepancies & portrayal

Every effort is made to portray items accurately.  Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor.  Oh Sew Rosy cannot be held responsible for any colour discrepancies.  We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.

Pricing

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST (10%).  To see how it converts to your currency see www.xe.com.  Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice.
